On a cold silent night, a subtle winter wind can be seen. Ruffling and settling the loosely laid snow flakes. Blowing them into a frenzy of obscurity and sublimation. The silence and the darkness of the night, combined with the blinding reflection of the snow, instill a sense of unending serenity enveloped by the unearthly silence. It is here that the mind can wonder forever without worries of chaos and disturbance. Nothing living can be heard or seen, nothing can disturb the experience of reliving and renewal. Tranquility of this kind can only be felt during a season unappreciated and feared by the masses of warmth-seeking drones of the society. Unable to accept the beauty and individuality of such a season.
The colors blend and snow melts as it freezes on the melting trees. The frozen water seems alive and happy with its new found form. As the snow settles and covers the ground, it obscures the stability of the everyday environment. Sensations and feeling are new and different; like a child feeling them for the first time. We must learn to accept our new experiences and understand their meaning to us in the time we have lived, and in the times yet to come. Future is only the past we have yet to experience.
If this is the end, then we have begun to live.
